Women’s Journalling Workshops (19+ yrs)
The First Step
Our unique and highly recommended journalling programmes are often the first step women take with Compassionate Voices. The accompanying journal guides attendees to share their journeys, forming bonds as they realise, they are not alone in their experiences.
Who Is It For?
We welcome women of all ages and backgrounds.
Our journals will help:
– Boost Your Confidence: After counselling or therapy, gain that extra confidence boost.
– Find Strength: Rebuild strength, courage, and self-belief after traumatic periods such as domestic abuse, financial difficulties, redundancy, bullying, loss of a loved one, isolation, or life-changing illness.
– Increase Self-Esteem: Enhance self-esteem during perimenopause/menopause or when facing mild to medium mental health issues.
Whatever the situation, we can be the bridge to a more fulfilled life!
